• Hours Worked: The total number of hours spent on your project prior to the refund request.
• Hourly Rate: Our standard hourly rate as outlined in your service agreement.
• Refund Amount = Total Service Fee - (Hours Worked × Hourly Rate)
• Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

• Completed ad campaigns and associated costs.
• Third-party service fees (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad spend).
• Completed website or content creation work.

Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
