However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a fair and transparent return policy based on the amount of work completed prior to your refund request.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service start date.
Only unused portions of the service are eligible for a refund.
Services already rendered will be deducted from the total amount paid based on the number of hours worked.
Refund Calculation
The refund amount is calculated as follows:
Total Service Fee: The full amount paid for the digital marketing service.
Hours Worked: The total number of hours spent on your project prior to the refund request.
Hourly Rate: Our standard hourly rate as outlined in your service agreement.
Refund Amount = Total Service Fee - (Hours Worked × Hourly Rate)
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
Completed ad campaigns and associated costs.
Third-party service fees (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad spend).
Completed website or content creation work.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
